We will supply the code for the Key safe before you arrive. Our local hosts are Kate & George Gemmell, we will give you their contact details on booking.
Conditions of Hire
A deposit of 25% must accompany all bookings and a booking is valid only when a receipt has been issued. Balance of rent to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. We suggest you take out holiday insurance
You may take possession of the chalet after 3pm and must leave it by 10am on the day of departure,
You must leave it in a clean condition, please strip the beds that you have used.
Damage or breakages must be reported and paid for as soon as they occur.
We reserve the right to enter the chalet in your absence to carry out essential repairs.
Hirers are responsible for their own possessions; property left behind will be retained to await collection.
A small well trained dog is allowed but must be kept under proper control, in the chalet, on the beach and around the village. Please note that the fence will not keep your dog on the property or other dogs out so No cats allowed.
We will provide sheets, duvets & duvet covers. You will need to bring your own towels.
Hirers must be over 21 years.
